Frustrated by Slow Progress?
Traditional PT clinics treat ACL recovery like every other injury. You're stuck with cookie-cutter programs that don't address your sport-specific needs, leaving you wondering if you'll ever be the same athlete again.
Worried About Re-Injury?
Without proper testing and progressive training, many athletes return to their sport too soon or unprepared. The fear of re-tearing your ACL can hold you back from performing at your peak.

"My son is a professional ultimate frisbee player who tore his ACL just over a month ago. Dr Puckett responded to my out of town inquiry that very night and immediately put my mind at ease as to his approach for athletes. Not only did he help ensure my son was at the best place he could be before surgery, but he has been phenomenal for post op rehab, keeping the focus on rehab while using progressive methods to help my son optimize his return to sport. Dr Puckett continues to keep me informed via text and email since I can't physically be there. I highly recommend Dr Puckett for any athlete who is determined to make their injury a minor blip in the past that will make them even stronger."

Hear From Athletes We've Helped
"My 14yo daughter has been going to Puckett PT for about 3 months following ACL reconstruction. Her progress has been huge. Traditional PT was practically leaving her to her own devices & at Puckett PT I know she is getting constant feedback on how to move safely and make major gains. I feel so much more confident in her efforts to return to sports. Dr. Garcia has been proactive reaching out to her surgeon & her high school athletic trainer. Puckett PT is comprehensive and attentive to my athlete's needs & I couldn't ask for more."

"Dr. Puckett is an incredible PT and human being. We were blessed to have found him at a crucial time in our kids' athletic journeys. He helped our daughter following an ACL injury and our son after his hip dislocation/fracture. He was amazing in taking their hard work/dedication to a new level in recovery. They both made a full recovery with the support and professionalism that Dr. Puckett brought everytime he worked with them. We are forever grateful for Dr. Puckett!! The absolute best."

"This review is long overdue. If you don't read anything else, know that your searching is over - Puckett PT is your best bet for a physical therapy and performance improvement in San Antonio! I've had the privilege of working with Dr. Knapp for a few months now. After tearing an ACL, my daughter was pretty discouraged. However, the team in place comes with alot of expertise, patience, and the positive attitudes needed to return to preinjury form. They go above and beyond - providing exercises, training plans, and moral support."
